Mr. Sunil Kumar Garg, Managing Director
After his Bachelors in Science, he obtained his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering in 1976 from the renowned Punjab Engineering college in Chandigarh. He has been engaged in the Timber trade for the last five decades and has great expertise in all kinds of Timber imported from all Timber producing countries throughout the world. Mr Sunil Garg is our chief mentor and guide.
Mr. Prateek Garg, Director
He is the elder son of Mr Sunil Garg and is a graduate in business management from Amity University, Noida (U.P). He joined the group in 2004.
Currently, he spearheads the management of the group’s Timber business with great zeal and enthusiasm. He heads all Teak Wood purchases from all Teak producing countries, oversees the sales and also looks after all operations at our Gandhidham factory
Mr. Vyom Garg, Director
He is the younger brother of Mr Prateek Garg and is a graduate in Business Management from Auckland University, Auckland, New Zealand. He initially joined the Timber Business in 2007 and helped diversify the operations to Africa in 2008.
Currently he is leading the diversified business interests of the group.

Mr. Abhilash Acharya, Sales Manager
He has a Bachelors in Business Administration from RATM, Mathura and an MBA from GLAITM, Mathura. He has been in the company since eight years and has very good experience in the intricacies of primary procurement of Teak from the plantations in Ecuador. He handles the sales of timber to Maharashtra and is also a key factor in the growth of the lumber trade for the company in West India.
Mr. Santosh Divakaran, Sales Manager
He has about two decades of work experience. After his BA from Kerala, he moved to Gujarat and was involved in shipping documentation with Custom House Agents in Kandla. He joined us and then was heading our documentation team since fourteen years. Since the last eight years, he has been expertly handling the sales of timber in Gujarat. He also oversees the South Indian markets.
Latin American Region
Mr. Sohil Chovatiya, Regional Head – Latin America
He has about two decades of work experience. After his BCom from India, he moved from Gujarat to Ecuador. He spent a few years as an entrepreneur and then joined the Madhav team about 15 years back. He is the backbone of the excellent sourcing operation in Ecuador and he also oversees the entire operations in Latin America. He is a cricket enthusiast and roots for India even though he lives mostly outside India.
